FORCE v. 3.6.3

- **General changes**

  - Versioned Docker images are now available again.
    Thanks to Fegyi for the hint.

  - A github action was implemented to test whether pushed code compiles and installs successfully.

- **FORCE WVDB**

  - Updated force-lut-modis to work with GDAL 3.2.
    Some subdatasets are not visible anymore since this GDAL version.
    Added some code to make this work again.  
    Thanks to Vincent Schut for suggesting a fix.
