  - Fegyi fixed an issue: files generated through docker were owned by root before.

- **FORCE LEVEL 1 ARCHIVING SYSTEM**

  - Stefan Ernst fixed a small issue with the force-csd progress bar, as well as an issue when the end data wasn't defined.

- **FORCE HIGHER LEVEL**

  - in force-higher-level, TSA sub-module, CAT analysis: 
    There is another change parameter: loss = change / offset * 1000. 
    The offset is the regression intercept of the linear trend applied to the full time series.
